There’s a woman I know 

Everyday she visits a gravestone 

She cries until her eyes turn red

When life is weighing you down and your thinking negative 

Think of all the good things and the life you live 

Don’t try to drink anything, out of your mind 

Don’t wait for the future, don’t waste your time 

Because you only have so much time to live 

And there are so many things to see, love and give 

You’re never finished, you’re never done 

You’re always learning, but you can always have fun 

Don’t make excuses, that only makes things worse 

It’s not smart to put things off, until they start to hurt 

Try to make things happen, try to make things work 

It’s time to stop laughing at those workers like a jerk 

Because you only have so much time to live 

And there are so many things to see, love and give 

You’re never finished, you’re never done 

You’re always learning, but you can always have fun. 

I took this advice; I’m not saying you have too 

Just try it out, and see if it works for you 

So turn off that TV, read a book 

And stop being lazy and take the advice that I took.

We used to sit around and make up funny puns

There’s a flower in the valley, picking her flower friends 

She looks so nice and so pretty especially when the day begins 

She’s got to be an angel there’s no way she couldn’t be 

She’s an angel straight from Heaven, she’s more than holy 

Every day I get awoken when she’s prayin 

She always prays at dinner, when she’s done…our food is cold by then
